Easter Vintage Festival

Easter Vintage Festival (Apr 15-17)

Experience rural live in the Australian pioneer days at Highfields, just north of Toowomba, with the Easter Vintage Festival. The event will follow the theme, Keeping Time, as a special tribute to rural life in the Australia Pioneer days. Don’t miss the spectacular grand parade, and the chance to learn how to milk a cow, crack a whip or be a blacksmith.

Falls Creek Easter Festival (Apr 14-16)

Easter celebrations at Falls Creek, an Alpine ski resort in north-eastern Victoria, take festivities to exceptional new heights. Activities including Easter egg hunts, egg tossing, face painting, outdoor cinema screenings and sunset tours are just some of the many events to sweep this high-country alpine retreat during the Falls Creek Easter Festival. Kids can also expect a very special visit from the Easter Bunny.

Darrell Lea Easter Egg Hunt (Apr 14)

Come meet the Easter Bunny and enjoy loads of kids’ activities, including egg hunts for all ages, food vendors, free face painting, a jumping castle, bubble machines, baby farm animals, a craft area and much more. Catch live music from Ned Philpot, MAXO and Sophie Edwards. The event will take place at Patrick White Lawns Canberra and all funds raised support Red Nose.

2017 Easter Egg Hunt & Family Picnic (Apr 14)

You’re invited to one of Hobart’s most anticipated family events of the year, the RHH Research Foundation’s 2017 Easter Egg Hunt & Family Picnic, which will be held at the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens on Good Friday. Gates open 10am. Bring your family and friends along for some Easter fun. With all proceeds donated to further local medical research in Tasmania, this is one event not to be missed.

Fremantle International Street Arts Festival (Apr 13-17)

Fremantle International Street Arts Festival is a dedicated street arts festival, having fabulous street theatre and many performers from the USA, Japan, UK, France, Cuba, the Netherlands, New Zealand and Australia. The event is over the Easter long weekend and Fremantle will be buzzing with excitement and will have bars and cafes extending into the streets, as well as the normal array of renowned cafes.
